The WRAC Association is committed to ensuring that those women who gave their lives in service of their country are remembered on the war memorials in the cities, towns and villages where they came from.

Our aim is to ensure that women who gave their lives are commemorated in the memorials of their home towns.

KEEP THEIR LEGACY ALIVE

Can you help? Do you know of a local woman who died in service? Perhaps you have seen a war grave for a woman. Please check to see whether she is listed on your local memorial, and if not, please let us know so that we can campaign your local authority to add them.


Whenever you do find a woman on a local war memorial, please take a photo and submit it for publication on our website using the form below.

If you know of a local women who died in service, please send us a photo of their gravestones, so that we can contact the local/parish council to ensure they are forever remembered for their sacrifice on their local war memorial.
